Aminexor supplies research compounds exclusively to qualified researchers, scientific professionals, laboratories, universities, and authorized research institutions. By purchasing from Aminexor, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, possess the necessary scientific knowledge and laboratory facilities, and are legally authorized to purchase and handle research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3. Research Use Only
All Aminexor products are supplied strictly and exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical treatment, diagnostic procedures, cosmetic applications, food use, or self-experimentation. No product sold by Aminexor may be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
4. Buyer Representations & Warranties
By placing an order, you expressly warrant that all eligibility statements remain true, that you will use products solely for lawful laboratory research, and that you fully understand the risks associated with handling research compounds. Any false representation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Account Registration & Approval
Access to purchasing requires registration and manual account approval. Aminexor reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
6.Product Information & Regulatory Disclaimer
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and technical information are provided for informational purposes only and may be updated without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aminexor products have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
7. Buyer Responsibilities

Under no circumstances shall Aminexor's total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Aminexor excludes all indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, and punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to controlled storage requirements and research integrity standards. Claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments must be submitted promptly to info@aminexor.com. Aminexor reserves sole discretion in determining the appropriate remedy for verified fulfillment errors.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product images, software, trademarks, and design elements—is the exclusive property of Aminexor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No material may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
